2. Object

These Terms of Service define the legal framework governing access to and use of the ColorMyDive platform, providing digital color grading and enhancement services for underwater images and videos.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed online via the ColorMyDive website.
Customers create an account, upload their images/videos, choose the service, and proceed to payment via a secure Stripe checkout. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are indicated in Euros, taxes included. Payment is made online through our secure partner Stripe.
The client receives an invoice by email and in their account after payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital only. Processed files are made available in the customer’s account and/or by email download link within the indicated timeframe. ColorMyDive is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or client file issues.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and request a full refund as long as the color grading process has not started.
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
If processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible, but we will strive to find a solution or offer a partial refund depending on the work done.

8. Refund & Dispute Policy

If the result does not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer revisions or a full/partial refund if the service delivered does not match the order description.
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support as a priority. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.

9. Return Policy

No physical goods are delivered. The service consists exclusively of digital file processing and delivery. No return policy applies, but satisfaction is guaranteed through our revision/refund policy.

10. Export & Legal Restrictions

Our services are available worldwide, except in countries under embargo by France or the European Union. Customers are forbidden to upload illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.

11. Promotions & Vouchers

Promotions and discount codes may be offered at our discretion. Each promotion will state its terms, duration, and limitations. ColorMyDive reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

Customers retain full ownership of their original content. ColorMyDive acquires no rights on your files except those necessary to perform the service. We may showcase anonymized “before/after” examples for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.

13. Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

14. Liability

ColorMyDive cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from use of the website or delivered files. Clients are solely responsible for the content they upload.

15. Modification of Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of the registered office of the company, unless otherwise required by law.
